Integrate resources to give back to society
PTI believes that education can improve the living quality and knowledge can enhance individuals’ competitiveness. In addition to continuing to annually invest in the field of packaging and testing to maintain its competitive advantage in the semiconductor industry, PTI also allocates money to support the cultivation and development of talents. With the spirit of positive engagement and caring for society, PTI integrates internal and external resources to continuously give back to the society and fulfill corporate social responsibilities.
Our Story
Established in 2017, the PTI Education Foundation serves as a key platform for the company’s long-term engagement in public welfare and social outreach. The Foundation focuses on four core areas: Rural Education, Educational Assistance, Sports Development, and Youth Empowerment. Through these focus areas, it contributes to addressing social inequality and creating shared value.
Social Impact Measurement
In 2025, PTI’s total social investment amounted to NT$3,190,651, with employee volunteer service totaling 2,208 hours and benefiting 1,454 individuals. The company’s social investment included external public welfare participation and sponsored donations, activities of the PTI Education Foundation, and employee participation in company-initiated public welfare initiatives.
