Ways of Sustainable Development Implementation
In order to proactively promote and consolidate corporate sustainable development, to advance economic, social, and environmental sustainability and connect with the world, and to strengthen the competitive advantages of the Company and sustainable management, PTI set up the "Sustainability Management Office" , that is directly reporting to the Board of Dire ctors, takes charge of stipulating policies and systems or introducing and implementing related management policies and substantial promotion projects, and reports to the Board of Directors on a yearly basis the CSR strategy and implementation efficacy.

Corporate Sustainable Development Committee
"PTI established the Corporate Sustainable Development Committee with RBA, SA8000, BCM, and Bribery Prevention subcommittees, with relevant managerial representatives as chairpersons. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee serves as the executive secretary to assist in implementing corporate sustainable development policies and goals and facilitates communication and discussions with stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees, government agencies, NGOs, communities, and the media, regarding issues of concern."
