Powertech Technology Inc. sets “PTI" (Promise, Technology, and Integration) as the core values of sustainable development and develops accordingly its corporate sustainable development policy that helps combines corporate social responsibilities with its management strategy in order to create economic, social, and environmental sustainable values and fulfill its corporate social responsibilities, marching towards sustainable development.

Ways of Sustainable Development Implementation
In order to proactively promote and consolidate corporate sustainable development, to advance economic, social, and environmental sustainability and connect with the world, and to strengthen the competitive advantages of the Company and sustainable management, PTI set up the "Sustainability Management Office" , that is directly reporting to the Board of Dire ctors, takes charge of stipulating policies and systems or introducing and implementing related management policies and substantial promotion projects, and reports to the Board of Directors on a yearly basis the CSR strategy and implementation efficacy.

PTI established the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee in January 2016 (renamed ESG Committee in 2022). In 2023, the committee further adjusted its organizational structure, setting up four task forces: “ Governance ” , “ Employee Care and Social Engagement ” , “ Environmental Sustainability ” and “ Supply Chain Management ” . Each task force is led by relevant management representatives, with the Sustainability Development Management Department responsible for coordinating, allocating, executing, and operating the work. The department assists in promoting business related to sustainable development policies and goals, facilitating communication and discussion on issues concerning various stakeholders, including shareholders/investors, customers, suppliers/contractors, employees, government agencies, NPOs, communities and the media.
