Powertech Technology Inc. (PTI) and all of its subsidiaries operate entirely in Taiwan and Japan.
PTI has established three (3) non-operating holding companies in Singapore and the British Virgin Islands, that is, "Powertech Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.", "PTI Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.", and "Powertech Holding (B.V.I.) Inc."

Other than the subsidiaries and affiliated companies specifically identified above, any company bearing the name "力成" or "powertech" or "PTI" are unrelated to Powertech Technology Inc.
