Intellectual Property Management Plan

Strengthening key technologies to maintain leading position in the global market has always been PTI's vision and goal. In order to strengthen intellectual property portfolio, protect and apply research and development achievements, and comply with corporate governance regulations. PTI implemented the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) in 2020, has successfully passed the annul TIPS inspection and re-verification, demonstrating PTI's determination to continuously optimize and refine its intellectual property management system.

In addition to the management of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, PTI has incorporated concepts of intellectual property, trade secret protection, and confidential information identification into employee education and training courses. The content of related teaching materials is also adjusted according to the different responsibility of job. While actively investing in research and development and innovating, we also strengthen employee ' awareness of intellectual property, maximizing the benefits of the intellectual property system.

Execution Status

• PTI has reported the Intellectual Property Management Plan and Execution Status Report to the 9th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on November 8, 2024.
• The validity period of the TIPS certificate is until December 31, 2025.
