Annual Supplier Social Responsibility Forum

To build a sustainable supply chain and effectively convey ESG awareness, the company organizes an annual supplier forum, providing content in both Chinese and English for domestic and international suppliers. This initiative helps suppliers grow together, fosters strong interactions, and facilitates the exchange of ESG implementation results.

In 2024, the "Supplier Social Responsibility Forum" covered key topics such as business ethics, supply chain carbon management, the RBA Code of Conduct, and supply chain due diligence. A total of 148 suppliers and 181 participants from chemical products, direct materials, and labor agencies successfully attended. Through communication and collaboration within the supply chain, we strive to build a green and sustainable supply chain while fostering shared value for mutual success.

Suppliers' Responsible Mining Management

In order to ensure that no conflicting minerals are used in our products, besides conducting comprehensive conflicting minerals surveys since 2012 and demanding that all suppliers disclose the list of their collaborative smelting plants and mines, PTI requires that suppliers follow PTI’s policy on the no use of conflicting minerals for the gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten used in our products and purchase from approved non-conflicting smelting plants and mines. In addition, when the Conflicting Minerals Reporting Template is updated, we will perform a comprehensive supply chain conflicting minerals survey among direct material and packing material suppliers and assist them in conducting relevant investigations for non-conformities and make corrections and ensure the Company has implemented the qualified smelter conversion plan and maintained and achieved the goal of procuring 100% of tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold from qualified smelters. 100% of our suppliers are non-conflict mineral qualified manufacturers, meeting the requirements of PTI.

In 2024, a total of 257 suppliers whose products contain 3TG, cobalt, or mica responded, with 100% of them verified as conflict-free, providing products that meet PTI's requirements.
