Qualifications for Promotion -
  • Blue-Collar Talent promote to Intermediate Skilled Talent 1 and Intermediate Skilled Talent 1 promote to Intermediate Skilled Talent 2 need to pass department professional certification.
  • Group Leader & Acting Production Supervisor:the average Monthly Performance should be equal or above 80 points, with no punishment records in the past one year.
  • Other positions:Will process based on the company’s “Position Transferred Rules and Norm” regulation.
  • All promotion shall be submitted by the department manager of the candidate.
